I’m writing this post from my iPhone 4 via the Wi-fi network in my home.
The WordPress application for iPhone is pretty good and easy to use.
Just download the app from iTunes, it’s free. Run the app and you’ll get the options to register your blog (WordPress.com or self-hosted WordPress.org blog).
You can then manage Comments, Pages and Posts. You can add new ones or edit the older ones. Options are also available to add Photos/Videos.
You also need to enable XML-RPC in Settings -> General -> Remote Publishing for using this WordPress app for iOS.
