How to Tweet via Mail?

A new Twitter based email-client, TweetyMail has been launched. TweetyMail is Twitter over email. By using this service, you can tweet via your email account and perform operations like sending and receiving direct messages. On the other hand, you can create email alerts and be notified whenever a tweet that mentions this or that surfaces. And such an option is also available when it comes to direct messages and notifications for new followers – you can be informed about them straight in your inbox, and take immediate action from there.

Basically, you can get Twitter updates without logging in to Twitter itself. Here’s a preview of the updates I got via mail.

TweetyMail

To get the latest Twitter updates from your friends, simply send a blank mail to [email protected]. Similarly, to tweet, mail to [email protected] and so on..

There are two versions of TweetyMail: Free Access & Full Access. You can compare features of both on TweetyMail’s site. Currently Full Access requires invitation code. Thankfully, I got the invitation code to preview the Full Access this morning. So go and check out the new Twitter over email.

Happy Tweeting.
