Apple has released iPhone OS 4.0 beta 4 along with SDK 4.0 beta 4. In this new update, there’s a Utilities folders which contains the clock, calculator and voice memos. There are new backgrounds included. Also AT&T tethering is available in this update.
The update is available for developers at developer.apple.com.
There is no unlock available yet for this OS. So don’t update if you rely on the unlock.
